Shipping Policy
Every Milestone Leather keytag is carefully packed and posted from my workshop in Sydney, Australia.
Dispatch
Classic and Anonymous keytags are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom keytags are made to order and generally dispatched within 5–10 business days. If I’m expecting a longer turnaround time, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Orders are sent via Australia Post. At checkout you’ll be able to choose between:

Express Post
Express Post may reduce delivery time once your order has been posted, but it does not shorten the time needed to make custom keytags.
Packaging
Every keytag is packaged to protect it during transit and arrives ready for gifting or everyday carry.

Return & Exchange Policy
Every Milestone Leather keytag is carefully made by hand using natural leather. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to make things right.
Leather and Colour
Leather is a natural material, and every hide is unique. Slight variations in colour, grain and natural markings are part of what makes each keytag individual and are not considered faults.
Please also note that colours can appear different depending on the lighting in which they are viewed. Product photographs are taken under studio lighting to provide a consistent representation of each colour, while keytags are often first viewed indoors under warm household lighting. For the most accurate impression of colour, I recommend viewing your keytag in natural daylight.
Custom Keytags
Because Custom NA Milestone Keytags and Custom NA Clean Time Keytags are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong option.
If your keytag has a manufacturing defect, such as broken stitching, faulty hardware or another workmanship issue, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault, I’ll repair, replace or refund it as appropriate.
Classic and Anonymous Keytags
Classic NA Milestone Keytags and Anonymous NA Keytags may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the keytag. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to the appropriate remedy regardless of this policy.
